Commercial Kitchen Suppression Systems
Commercial kitchen suppression systems are fire suppression systems designed specifically for commercial kitchens to control and extinguish cooking fires. They typically use a combination of chemicals and fire-extinguishing agents, such as water, foam, or dry chemicals, to suppress fires.
The systems are activated by heat-sensitive detection devices, such as thermal sensors or fire alarms, and can be triggered manually or automatically. The goal of a kitchen suppression system is to quickly control a fire, minimize damage to the kitchen and surrounding area, and ensure the safety of the building’s occupants.
